— Why D4 Season
A facial near Edmonds, north or south.
Here's the useful thing about looking for a facial near Edmonds: you don't have to settle for one option. D4 Season sits on both sides of you — our Shoreline studio to the south and our Lynnwood studio to the north — each only minutes from the Edmonds bowl. Same facial menu, same prices, same approach; you just pick the drive you prefer.
Our skincare runs from quick, targeted treatments to full glow rituals. There's the 30-minute Guasha Lifting Facial ($70), a customized Summer Signature facial ($90), hydrating and men's purifying facials, our HydraFacial line, and a luxury La Mer renewal ritual. Every facial is adjusted to your skin on the day rather than run off a script.
We're clear about what a facial is and isn't. It's a cleanse-exfoliate-hydrate skincare treatment and a genuine hour of calm — not a medical fix. For mild congestion or dullness it's a great routine; for a persistent skin condition, a dermatologist is the right call, and we'll happily say so.
Our facial guests are all over the map — teenagers sorting out congested skin, brides prepping for a big day, men who want a proper cleanse, and longtime regulars who simply like the monthly ritual. Because every facial is built around your skin on the day, the same menu works whether your concern is dryness, dullness, oiliness or just needing an hour to yourself. And if you're booking for someone else, a facial makes an easy gift — we can help you choose.
— The treatment
What happens during a facial.
Most facials follow a familiar arc: a look at your skin, a cleanse, some exfoliation, optional extractions, a massage, a mask, and serums to finish. What changes is the emphasis — hydration, brightening, calming — and that's decided with you at the start.
There's no single 'right' facial — the value is in the tailoring. Tell your esthetician what your skin's been doing lately and what you're hoping for, and the products and pace shift to match. After a dry Puget Sound stretch we lean into hydration; before an event we keep it gentle so nothing surprises you on the day.
From consultation to serum
Your esthetician begins by looking at your skin and asking what you're after. Then it's a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, and — if it suits your skin — light extractions to clear congested pores. A facial massage is where most people drift off, followed by a treatment mask and a layer of serums, moisturizer and SPF. If you choose a HydraFacial instead, the extraction step uses gentle vortex suction rather than manual pressure, and there's no downtime afterward.
Extractions are optional and always your call. If your skin is congested we can spend time there; if you'd rather skip them, we will, and lean on the mask and massage instead. Nothing about a good facial should feel like something being done to you against your comfort.
How long it takes
Facials here run 30 to 90 minutes. A Guasha Lifting Facial is a focused 30 minutes; most customized and hydrating facials are 60; the La Mer ritual is 80; and the HydraFacial Keravive Scalp is a full 90. If you're short on time on a weekday, the shorter treatments still leave skin feeling clean and refreshed.
Choosing your facial
If you like decisions made simple, the customized Summer Signature facial adapts to your skin and is an easy default. Want a glow with zero downtime? A HydraFacial. Prefer something rich and restorative? The La Mer ritual. Dealing mostly with congestion? A purifying facial. We'll help you land on the right one when you arrive — there's no upsell script.
— Menu
Facial options and pricing.
The full facial menu is below and priced identically at both studios. A few anchors: Guasha Lifting Facial $70 (30 min), Summer Signature Customized Facial $90, Classic Hydration and Men's Purifying facials $110, HydraFacial Signature $150, La Mer Luxury Renewal Ritual $188, and the HydraFacial Keravive Scalp $258 (90 min).
If a glow-focused, no-downtime treatment is what you're picturing, our HydraFacial in Lynnwood and HydraFacial in Shoreline pages go deeper on that specific menu. Gratuity isn't included, and there's no pressure to add on anything you didn't come for.
Price mostly tracks time and products rather than 'basic versus fancy.' A quick 30-minute gua sha lift is perfect for a mid-week refresh; the 60-minute facials give room for a proper massage and mask; and the 80- to 90-minute rituals are for when you want to disappear for a while. Any of them can be dialed to sensitive skin.
One more practical note: if you're between treatments and can't decide, book the customized facial and let your esthetician steer it on the day. It's the most flexible option on the menu, and it means you don't have to diagnose your own skin before you arrive. We'd always rather adjust in the room than have you lock in the wrong choice online.
— The corridor
Serving Edmonds and nearby.
Our two studios together look after Edmonds, Shoreline, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace, plus Woodway, Esperance and the neighborhoods strung along Highway 99 and Edmonds Way. From the Edmonds waterfront, Shoreline is often the easier hop; from Five Corners or Perrinville, Lynnwood tends to win.
Edmonds sits close enough to both studios that the drive is rarely the deciding factor — traffic and timing usually are. Guests coming off the ferry or the waterfront tend to slide south to Shoreline; those nearer Five Corners, Perrinville or Woodway usually find Lynnwood quicker. Both locations keep evening and weekend hours, so a facial doesn't have to eat into a workday.
Plan your visit
Both studios are open Monday–Saturday 10 AM–9 PM and Sunday 10 AM–8 PM. Call (206) 688-9700 or book online and choose your studio; for groups of five or more, contact us in advance. A facial is as much about the quiet as the skincare — the NCCIH on relaxation techniques describes slowing down like this as a low-risk way to manage everyday stress.
— The calm part
Book your facial near Edmonds.
The nicest facials do two things at once — leave your skin clean and hydrated, and give you an hour with nothing to do but breathe. That second part matters; the NCCIH on stress notes that deliberate relaxation is a normal, healthy way to counter everyday tension, and we build our facials around that unhurried pace.
When you're ready, pick Shoreline or Lynnwood and book online, or call and we'll steer you to the closer studio and the right facial. Make a half-day of it by pairing your facial with a massage near Edmonds or one of our head spa treatments.
A facial works best as part of a rhythm rather than a one-off rescue — a standing appointment every four to six weeks, paired with a simple routine at home, does more than any single dramatic treatment ever could.

— Common questions
Asked & answered.

Customized and hydrating facials, gua sha lifting facials, a men's purifying facial, HydraFacial (Signature, Deluxe and Keravive Scalp) and luxury options including a La Mer renewal ritual. Sessions run from 30 to 90 minutes.
How much is a facial? +
Facials start at $70 for a 30-minute Guasha Lifting Facial and range up to $258 for the 90-minute HydraFacial Keravive Scalp. The HydraFacial Signature is $150 and the La Mer ritual is $188. Prices match at both studios; gratuity isn't included.
Which facial is best for a first visit? +
