Mountlake Terrace runs on a schedule. The 1 Line leaves the 236th Street station every few minutes at rush hour, and I-5 runs along the edge of town. A head spa focuses on your scalp from start to finish. Your provider looks at your scalp, clears out the buildup that shampoo alone leaves behind, and works through a slow scalp-and-shoulder massage. Hydrotherapy, conditioning and a blow-dry round it out.

If you spend your day at a screen, the massage is the part you'll remember. Tension builds up in the scalp, neck and shoulders over a workday without you noticing.
