If you're in Bothell, our Lynnwood studio is the closest D4 Season by a good margin. Head straight west along the 196th corridor and you're there. That makes it easy to fit a real head spa into an ordinary weeknight instead of saving it for a trip into the city.

A head spa centers on your scalp. We check it first, clear away the oil and product that build up over weeks, and then spend real time on a slow scalp-and-shoulder massage. The signature hydrotherapy rinse comes after that. D4 Season opened in 2022 as Seattle's first specialized head spa, and the scalp is still our main focus.

The massage in the middle of the session is real scalp massage, which is a form of massage therapy. A lot of the appeal is getting to switch off for a while. The full head spa menu sits below with prices that match our Shoreline studio exactly. It runs from the 30-minute TCM Head Aromatherapy at $50 up to the 90-minute Scalp Revitalize Therapy at $220. The popular 60-minute D4 Signature Head Spa is in the middle at $85.

In between are the Chinese Herb Head Spa at $90, the 75-minute Aura Scalp Treatment at $110, and the 90-minute Luxury Head Spa at $135. Several treatments use Chinese herbal ingredients, from a tradition the NCCIH notes has developed over thousands of years. We offer them purely for cleansing and comfort rather than as medicine. Gratuity isn't included in the listed prices.

Gift cards are available at either studio if you'd like to give someone their first head spa. If you can't decide where to start, the 60-minute Signature is the one we suggest most often. It's long enough for the full cleanse, the massage and the hydrotherapy rinse, and you don't have to commit to the top of the menu. Once you know how much you like it, you can move up to a longer treatment.

First visit? There's nothing you need to do ahead of time. There's no need to wash your hair or bring anything with you.
