A short Tuesday, well spent.
Half an hour doesn't sound like much, but it fits into a day where a longer visit won't. The Tuesday Special is meant for those gaps: a lunch break, the stretch before dinner, or the hour after work before you head home.
Pick one and you're out in thirty minutes. Pick all three and you've had your neck and shoulders worked on, a gua sha lifting facial, and your hair washed and blown out, in ninety. Everything happens at the same two studios, with the same therapists and the same products as the full menu. The only thing that changes on Tuesdays is the price.

What happens in thirty minutes.
Each of these is a complete service with its own start and finish, and none of the half hour is filler.
Neck & Shoulder Massage — 30 minutes
Your therapist works the band of muscle that runs from the base of your skull, across the tops of your shoulders and down between the shoulder blades. That's where a desk, a steering wheel or a phone puts tension first. You and your therapist settle the pressure by talking it through, and you can ask for more or less at any point. Half an hour is enough to work on the one knot you came in with, which is why regulars book this between longer visits.

Guasha Lifting Facial — 30 or 60 minutes
Gua sha is a traditional East Asian technique: a smooth stone drawn along the face in slow, even strokes. Here it comes after a cleanse, so the skin is clean before any work starts. The strokes follow the jaw, cheekbones and brow. What people notice right away is that the face feels less puffy and more defined, which is why the 30-minute version is a popular booking before a night out.
The 60-minute version is new to the Tuesday list, and it adds steps the short one doesn't have. The extra half hour goes to a longer cleanse, a proper mask, and more time on each section of the face. At our Lynnwood studio, facials are performed by a licensed esthetician. If you're choosing between the two, book the short one for regular upkeep and the long one when you want the full hour.
Hair Shampoo Wash & Blow Dry — 30 minutes
A full shampoo wash at the basin, finished with a blow-dry. It looks like the simplest thing on the list, and people tend to underestimate it. Having someone else wash your hair properly, with your head supported and nothing to do for twenty minutes, is a big part of what our head spa work is built on. You leave with your hair dry and styled instead of rushing out damp.
Order matters if you're booking all three, and we'll sequence it for you at check-in:
- 1. Neck & Shoulder Massage first, since oils and pressure work go before anything that touches the face or hair.
- 2. Guasha Lifting Facial second, on skin that's already relaxed.
- 3. Shampoo Wash & Blow Dry last, so you leave dry and styled. A facial after a blow-dry would be backward.

Everything at D4 Season is by appointment, Tuesdays included. There's no walk-in line, and Tuesday slots are the first to go in any given week. Book online through whichever studio is the easier drive, or call (206) 688-9700; one line reaches both. For groups of five or more, call ahead rather than booking online so we can hold the room.
Try to arrive five minutes early. That gives you time for a short chat before the treatment starts: where the tension actually is, what your skin has been doing lately, or if you want firmer pressure than last time. That way none of it comes out of the thirty minutes you're paying for.
Gratuity isn't included in service prices. Tuesday pricing is identical at Shoreline and Lynnwood, so choose on parking and drive time rather than price. Both studios are open Mon – Sat 10:00 – 21:00 and Sun 10:00 – 20:00.
A D4 Season gift card works on Tuesday pricing the same as any other day, and it's valid at both studios. That makes the $148 all-three option an easy gift to give someone.
